Sisterhood

We pride ourselves on having a strong sense of sisterhood. The women of Phi Mu-Zeta Sigma love spending time together. We can often be seen walking across campus together, studying in the library, or eating lunch as a group. While none of these are required, our sisters find enjoyment in spending time together.

We also have a number of scheduled events designed to help promote healthy relationships between sisters, and help our bonds grow stronger. These events are held at least once a month, and are not required. However, many of our sisters look forward to them as they are a chance to relax with one another and forget about the rigor of school.

Once a semester we also host a sisterhood retreat. This is a one night engagement that can essentially be summed up as a big slumber party. Our women get together to focus on supporting each other, our bonds, and our sisters. During this evening we unplug from the outside world to truly give each other, and our beloved organization the respect it deserves. For one evening a semester we get a girls night in full of love and laughter.
